The Reduced Carbohydrate meal plan limits the consumption of carbohydrates to a total of 40% calories.
- Heart Healthy Mediterranean plan (low in saturated fat)
This meal plan is designed for those are looking for a diet with similar characteristics of the Mediterranean diet. The plan focuses on monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats while limiting the consumption of saturated and trans fat.
- Vegetarian Plan (Lacto-Ovo; includes Eggs & Dairy)
The Vegetarian meal plan is a lacto-ovo vegetarian plan which means eggs and dairy are included. This plan does not allow you to consume fish, chicken, or meat. What the menu does include is a variety of soy foods and meat substitutes.
